Core Values
The principles every team member works by, every day.
Every company starts with a first event, a first client, and a vision worth pursuing. LLAB is at the beginning of that journey, bringing together decades of combined experience across business, events, operations, media, and leadership to build something designed to last.
The People Behind LLAB
LLAB was founded by four women who came from completely different
worlds and made the same decision to build something here,
for Filipinos that the industry was missing.

Beverly's path to founding LLAB was not a straight line. She traveled the world, worked for royals, and then spent years rebuilding herself after a life-altering accident that left her bedridden. Her recovery gave her more than her health back. It gave her clarity of purpose. A refusal to stop. A conviction that strength is most visible after the hardest moments.
Today she leads LLAB with the energy of someone who knows exactly what it costs to start over, and chooses to build anyway.

Len spent nearly three decades in the pharmaceutical industry as a Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist. In that world, precision and integrity aren't oprional. They're the baseline. She carried both into LLAB.
Outside the lab, Len trained as a baker and culinary medicine practitioner. She learned something that science alone couldn't teach: that the best things are made with genuine care, not just competence. At LLAB, she brings both to every project.
Her purpose at LLAB is specific: to build events and programs where women feel supported, seen, and celebrated. She considers the work successful when those women leave feeling they truly belong.

Loida knows the silence every OFW carries. The one on the plane as you leave your children behind, telling yourself it's worth it. She lived that life for years as a single mother working abroad, sending money home, missing milestones, trading time for financial security because it felt like the only option.
That experience is one of the reasons she co-founded LLAB, to help create opportunities that allow more Filipinos to build meaningful careers without leaving home.
As CFO, Loida brings the financial discipline and strategic stewardship that keeps LLAB growing with integrity. What she brings beyond the numbers is a deep personal conviction: that every Filipino deserves a career that's fulfilling, well-compensated, and doesn't require leaving family behind. The VA Enterprise Summit exists because of that conviction.

Maricris remembers the simple moment that started it all. At 11 years old, she asked her uncle if she could prepare coffee at a mahjong table. What began as being “taga timpla ng kape” eventually grew into blending coffee beans and supplying hotels, coffee shops, BPOs, airports, and other businesses.
Her corporate experience gave her the discipline, work ethic, and business knowledge that became the foundation of her entrepreneurial journey.
Today, Maricris is a proud entrepreneur and Coffeepreneur, a radio host, and the Founder of God’s Perfect Timing Media Production. She brings the same passion and purpose to LLAB, helping create opportunities that empower women, mothers, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
For Maricris, true success is not measured only by personal achievements, but by the lives uplifted along the way.
